This new home was built in 2006 in the Deer Ridge Estates of West Salem. The floor plan features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 powder room, a large bonus room with balcony, a bright kitchen open to the family room with sliding doors to the back patio, dining room and living room, all for a total of 2,356 square feet of living space. The finishes were a combination of craftsman and traditional styles. The cabinets in the kitchen featured a warm walnut finish and granite countertops. Hand-scraped walnut hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen and breakfast nook. A custom cedar deck was installed at the entry of this hillside home.
