The Speasl Project is a complete custom renovation with a two-story addition, as well as an 1,800 square foot stick-built shop with two bays, a multi-purpose room and a bath. The slideshow of pictures show the original structure before the changes and the new transformation. This home has a 900 square foot addition with a large exercise room and includes a new second story for a bonus room. The original floor plan was redesigned to create a larger kitchen, dining room and family room, laundry, and a spacious master suite.

The master bath renovation included large walk-in closets, french doors to the deck, additional windows for increased natural lighting, and a luxurious bath with a custom tile shower with steamer and an indoor two-person spa.

The living room got a new face-lift with additional windows for increased natural lighting, french doors out to the deck, and the original fireplace and mantle was refaced with attractive cultured stone and a new wood stove insert was added.

The kitchen was expanded to almost twice its original size and an abundance of new custom cabinets including a large island were added along with new stainless steel appliances.

The laundry room was redesigned to allow for more cabinets and working surfaces and also included a powder room.

The new exercise room features an abundance of windows to take advantage of the views to the creek and property. Upstairs the new bonus room has excellent views of the property and creek and features a covered balcony area.
